1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SignalSec ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
SignalSec provides users with access to a rich collection of cybersecurity intelligence resources, including but not limited to news aggregation, vulnerability tracking, and threat intelligence. The Platform is provided "AS IS" and assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
3. Nature of Content
The intelligence, news, and vulnerability data presented on SignalSec are aggregated from publicly available third-party sources (e.g., CISA, NVD, RSS Feeds). SignalSec does not generate original security advisories and cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the aggregated data. Users are strictly advised to corroborate findings with official vendor documentation before executing remediation strategies in production environments.
4. Limitation of Liability
SignalSec and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. Implementing mitigation strategies based on Platform intel is performed entirely at your own risk.
